We're looking for someone who can plan, develop and implement marketing and user experience initiatives, aimed to create better experiences in order to increase the retention and conversion rates, and influence uplifts of customer value and engagement. The social and content manager is responsible for planning, development and execution of activity on social media channels with the aim of driving engagement, building communities, increasing web traffic and ultimately driving website registrations. They will have to create all social media assets from scratch, to find the social media channels (as well as influencers) that our audiences are using regularly and develop guerilla activities /partnerships with these channels. The social and content manager will have to build a group of external writers to create the content assets the brand needs and monitor the quality of the content. In addition, they will be deeply involved with the ongoing communication with our users and will be incharge of the email marketing planning and execution.
