The Position

We're looking for someone who can plan, develop and implement marketing and user experience initiatives, aimed to create better experiences in order to increase the retention and conversion rates, and influence uplifts of customer value and engagement. The social and content manager is responsible for planning, development and execution of activity on social media channels with the aim of driving engagement, building communities, increasing web traffic and ultimately driving website registrations. They will have to create all social media assets from scratch, to find the social media channels (as well as influencers) that our audiences are using regularly and develop guerilla activities /partnerships with these channels. The social and content manager will have to build a group of external writers to create the content assets the brand needs and monitor the quality of the content. In addition, they will be deeply involved with the ongoing communication with our users and will be incharge of the email marketing planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support brand awareness and market education efforts through social and content activities - earned and paid.
  • Build solid communities (based on product’s capabilities) and strong engagement with the community’s members (email marketing, content pieces, webinars, studies etc..)
  • Help drive B2B Marketing’s SEO, Google search rankings, and organic web traffic, by building high value content and social assets to the B2B Marketing site through active and passive engagement with key content and social media activities.
  • Help drive our SEO and social-driven traffic by actively engaging with key content sharers and influencers
  • Help drive our production of highly shareable content through working closely with external writers including blogging partners, to provide data driven recommendations for content by keyword, topic and headline
  • Help drive web traffic and membership registrations by increasing the reach and consumption of our externally submitted blog content through blog content commissioning, curation and aggregation.
  • Identify best ROI opportunities for paid social media tactics and optimize campaign spend to maximize ROI
  • Development and management of an overall social media plan, providing clarity on activity, priorities and success metrics/criteria.
  • Management of accounts on core social media platforms (Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram) across all business areas (unless otherwise specified) and providing support/amplification for activity by team members in different departments. This includes both outbound posting of new content/activities and engagement/responding to dialogue in and around our activities.
  • Management and curation of LinkedIn and Facebook social media groups.
  • Build a solid, vibrant and meaningful community
  • Proactive management and development of an external blogger programme, responding to blogger enquiries, commissioning and briefing blog posts and daily uploading of approved posts (3 external blogs per week)
  • Create and schedule daily original posts on LI, Twitter and FB
  • Create assets for all posts including copy and imagery
  • Build and execute a email marketing plan for all our members
  • Identify and connect with/follow key social influencers who have relevant networks for our target audiences
  • Execute engagement tactics to deliver a target number of reshares of key content per week.
  • Identify and advise on highly shared audience related content topics using social media analytics tools

  • Working Hours: 4 Hours a day, 22 days in a month (Total 88 hours in a month)
  • Laptop & Wi-Fi: Laptop & Wi-Fi should be available with the interns for working on the assigned projects.
  • Quick learner with a passion to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience with marketing analysis, working with large sets of data and numbers and email marketing best practices.
  • Basic Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning, and how it can help organizations.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Background in building and growing communities and strong social media presence.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and Relationship building
