The Position

WorqHat is looking for a Customer Support Intern who will drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their needs and requirements and helping them succeed. The potential candidate will be responsible for assisting all the WorqHat Customers to leverage the platform.


  • Onboarding our valued customers with a full demo
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide feedback and insights via high touch relationships into core product and marketing processes
  • Identify business opportunities with customers to improve retention
  • Be a trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality
  • Collaborate closely with team members
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed


  • Are available for the work from home internship for a duration of 3 months
  • Experience with G suite, particularly Sheets and Slides, is preferred.
  • Facilitate onboarding webinars and group calls with WorqHat's customers via Zoom/Meet.
  • Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs and Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a bias for action.
