The Position

WorqHat is looking for a Customer Relationship Management Intern to join our support team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who wants to make an impact in everything S/he does, maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times and ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Our Customer Care team members drive marketplace quality while ensuring customer needs are met and all feedback is handled properly and the Students are properly guided. Responsibilities

  • Work on database creation
  • Work on cold emailing on the database created or given
  • Work on pitching about the company to prospective customers
  • Arrange for a virtual meeting with the customers
  • Work on generating more students' applications to the platform
  • Create User Profiles on the Platform depending on the customer data.

Requirements

  • Are available for the work from home internship for a duration of 1 month
  • Fluent and highly proficient in spoken and written English - A must.
  • Fluent in Hindi - a plus
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Experienced in distinguishing, prioritizing, and reporting important technical issues and resolve complaints using an email ticketing system
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a bias for action.
