About The Role
- WorqHat is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled intern to join our Developer Relations team. As a Technical Developer Relations Intern, you will play a key role in fostering a thriving community around our no-code AI platform.
- You will engage with developers through online forums, social media, and events to understand their needs and provide support. This role involves creating technical documentation, hosting enablement sessions, and gathering feedback to improve our platform.
- This is a 6-month full-time internship with the option to start part-time to accommodate college workloads, with potential for a full-time job offer upon successful completion.
What You Will Do
- Community Building Engage with developers through online forums, social media, and events to understand their needs and provide support. This could involve answering questions, creating tutorials, and contributing to open-source projects related to WorqHat's technology.
- Content Creation Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including tutorials, blog posts, and code samples, to help developers integrate and use WorqHat's platform effectively.
- Technical Enablement Host technical enablement sessions to educate potential clients and upskill existing users, fostering a deeper connection with the product.
- Feedback Collection Actively gather feedback from developers about their experiences with the platform to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration Work closely with the engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure that the developer community's needs are addressed effectively.
- Project Support Potentially contribute to internal projects related to the improvement of the developer experience (DevEx). This might involve working on SDKs, APIs, or other tools to make the platform easier to use.
- Moderate programming skills in at least one relevant language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript). Understanding of APIs and SDKs is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for technology and a desire to work with developers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and be able to generate ideas and improvements on building a better developer experience.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and/or Machine Learning is beneficial. Proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Education Pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS), Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSC), or a B.Tech in a non-computer science field with a strong interest in computers.
